Spirits historians Anistatia Miller and Jared Brown have traveled the world for the past seventeen years uncovering the stories behind the drinks industry and discovering its place in the history of the world.
Our dedicated duo will be putting together a truly spectacular line up of international bar legends to cover all aspects of the drinks profession, providing a ‘How to’ guide on the art of bartending.
The 2009 programme saw appearances from Gary Regan, author and cocktailian extraordinaire, Sasha Petraske and Audrey Saunders from Milk and Honey and the Pegu Club in New York, Peter Dorelli, bartending legend from the Savoy, Jose Louis Ortiz, tequila guru from Mexico and Suzuki Takayuki from Tokyo who made his debut appearance in the UK at the London Bar Show this year.
