COCKTAIL SUMMIT
The London Cocktail Summit is a brand new, two day conference launched this year to run alongside the Bar Show. The LCS will bring together the world’s leading drinks experts, international bartenders, food and drink scientists and global brand owners to examine four key areas of interest – education / career enhancement, innovation, community development and entrepreneurship.
The objective of the Summit is to move the British bar industry from a group of enlightened professionals to a team of proactive catalysts for change in the same way that the London Bar Show was a catalyst for change a decade ago. Speaker presentations, roundtable discussions, hands-on workshops and breakout sessions will culminate in a final presentation that documents the future trends of modern drinking. Its findings will be circulated internationally to spearhead a global conversation about modern drinking styles. This will reinforce the London Bar Show’s position as the centre of the bar world.
The London Cocktail Summit will be organised by Jared Brown and Anistatia Miller from Mixellany with help and guidance from an esteemed collection of industry specialists.
