Business Talks will offer informal presentations and discussions with the bar industry’s leading operators, plus legal expertise, property advice and financial guidance. Last year’s line up included Mark Fuller talking about ‘My Rock’n’Roll Hotel’ fresh from filming his BBC1 documentary, Duncan Lillie (Shelly Sandzer) and Paul Thompson (Acorn Commercial Finance) discussing how to find and fund new venues, and Tim Bacon (Living ventures) and Jeremy Hartley (Chinawhite) explaining how to ensure the hallmark of success.
A full line up of key issues and headlining experts for 2010 will be released over the coming months.
